Our goal is to adapt the services we provide to the needs of our clients to the maximum degree while delivering the best quality possible. In order to achieve this, we process your personal data extremely carefully and responsibly in accordance with the valid legislation.

What personal data do we process?

As stipulated by the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR – we always only process the personal data that you provide to us. This data usually includes just your name, surname and email address, and also your company name and job title. In the case of the sale and delivery of goods, your personal data can also include other information such as your address and telephone number.

Why do we process your personal data?

You agree to the processing of your personal data for the following reasons:
So that we may conduct the sale and delivery of goods and services to you.
So that we may process technical and project documentation, or possibly allow technical support staff to answer your questions.
So that we may send newsletters to you with product information, current price lists and news from our company, and also send you letters of invitation to conferences, workshops, seminars and other events.
So that we may deal with complaints and post-warranty repairs concerning goods which we have supplied to you.

To whom do we make the data accessible?

Personal data can only be accessed by employees of the company that function as personal data administrators if it is necessary for the fulfilment of their work-related duties, and also potentially by processors of data with whom the company has entered into a contract for the processing of data. At present, the scope of the records involved is minimal, and access only occurs for the period of time necessary for the support or servicing of internal systems. In accord with article 28, paragraph 4 of the GDPR, all processors of personal data have at least the same obligation to protect personal data as our company does. A current statement detailing the data on you being held by processors of your personal data will be provided to you at any time on demand. In the case that you provide personal data on application forms or attendance registers for specific events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, special events, etc., all of the provided data may be supplied to co-hosts or representatives of manufacturers that have contributed to the event as partners. Also, if you provide personal data in requests for product information or test versions, all of the provided data may be supplied to the manufacturer in question.

What are your rights?

As the subject of the data you have all of the rights stated in the legal regulations concerned with the protection of personal data, in particular those rights covered by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. These rights include, for example, the right to access your processed personal data and the right to their correction or deletion, or to the restriction of their processing.
